The following Proposed Sewer Connection Charges are to be effective March 1, 2010: Fee Proposed Charge (Per ERC) Sewer Connection Charge- North Zone $854.00 Sewer Connection Charge- South Zone $2,088.00 New connections located in the North Zone will also pay the South Zone charge for a combined connection fee of $2,942 per Equivalent Residential Connection (ERC). The proposed connection charges will be levied in addition to the standard connection charges in effect at the time of application. The public hearing will be held in the Board Room at the Albemarle County Service Authority, Administration Building, Lower Level, 168 Spotnap Road, Charlottesville, Virginia 22911. PROPOSED SPECIAL RATE DISTRICT AND CORRESPONDING CONNECTION CHARGES FOR THE NORTH FORK REGIONAL PUMP STATION PROJECT
The Albemarle County Service Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.

The public hearing will address the Proposed Special Rate District and Corresponding Sewer Connection Charges for the North Fork Regional Pump Station Project. The following Proposed Sewer Connection Charges are to be effective March 1, 2010:

Fee Proposed Charge (Per ERC)
Sewer Connection Charge- North Zone $854.00
Sewer Connection Charge- South Zone $2,088.00

New connections located in the North Zone will also pay the South Zone charge for a combined connection fee of $2,942 per Equivalent Residential Connection (ERC).
