You may be eligible to participate in
the ACSA Toilet Rebate Program
ACSA is offering up to $100 per toilet (maximum of three) to
customers who replace older, water guzzling toilets with new,
low-flow toilets.
What do you have to do to qualify?
- Must be an ACSA residential customer.
- Must own and occupy home, or be a renter directly
responsible for the utility bill.
- Toilet(s) being replaced must be older generation,
installed prior to 1992.
- Must be pre-approved to participate.
- New toilet(s) must be installed and an itemized receipt,
along with the completed rebate form, must be submitted to
ACSA within 60 days of receiving pre-approval.
- Old toilet(s) must be placed outside by customer, to be
picked up by ACSA staff.
- Customer must allow entrance to the residence by ACSA personnel
for verification of the toilet installation if necessary.
How do you receive pre-approval?
Funding for this program is limited. It is offered
on a first come, first served basis.
Rebate is not guaranteed except by confirmation of approval,
and only if program requirements are met.

Upon receipt of qualification form, ACSA will
determine eligibility and mail you a confirmation.
* Please note this reimbursement will be for the toilet
and toilet seat only. Miscellaneous fittings,
risers, seals, and installation costs are not reimbursable.
